Peski Records recording artiste Location Baked has released a new single in support of the Agent of Change Principle - a law change that will ensure a degree of protection for established live music venues in the event of noise complaints from new neighbours.

Clocking in at a whopping 16 minutes and 48 seconds, Agents of Change is built around the chords A, G and C flat, and references minimalist music pioneers such as Steve Reich, Meredith Monk and Michael Nyman, as well as pop descendants such as Spiritualised, Mike Oldfield's 'Tubular Bells' and Donna Summer's 'State of Independence'.
